The goal of TRIADD's Technical Support Group is to maximize your effectiveness in the everyday operation of your Gain RM solution. Automated records management systems can provide significant opportunities for improved productivity and efficiency.  

Technical support enhances your productivity by providing quick answers to procedural questions. Using our technical support resources minimizes any downtime through rapid response to your questions. It also keeps you technically current with the latest enhancements made to the program. TRIADD's technical support team can also augment your internal IT support system.  

Services Description 

As part of your Support and Maintenance Agreement, our Technical Support Group provides the following services:    

  • Telephone Support for North America 
  • TRIADD web site 
  • Product Releases 
  • Product Bulletins 
  • Training refresher courses 
  • Toll-Free Support 

You have access to our toll-free support line (US and Canada only). Technical experts are available to share their experience and skills using TRIADD’s tools and providing solutions. This level of support is designed to assist you in the everyday operation of Gain RM. Our Technical Support Group answers questions about the operation of GAIN products and can handle specific configuration questions. 

Product Releases 

New product releases are available quarterly from the TRIADD web site. You can maintain and expand your software technology with new product releases from TRIADD that provide additional features and enhancements. In order to access the updates you need to have a current Maintenance Agreement in effect.

Product Bulletins 

TRIADD provides technical bulletins for product-specific tips, techniques, and technical routes that help keep you proficient with current product releases. These will be available online and in 'Printer-Friendly' formats. 

Training Refresher Courses 

Through TRIADD University, you will be able to retake courses over time to refresh your skills and knowledge. Refresher courses are also an ideal way to learn about and discover the newest features and capabilities of your GAIN product since you last attended training.
