Your successful implementation of
TRIADD's software products is of utmost importance to us. We take great pride
in providing the necessary tools to our clients so that they can use the full
power of our software and achieve their business objectives. TRIADD
delivers outstanding records management tools. But getting you to the point of
productivity using Gain RM involves more than just selling you a system and
conducting training. Advanced planning is a vital component to your success.
TRIADD’s Implementation services embrace the database implementation and
records management disciplines. This approach involves a three phase Implementation
Plan. Phase I TRIADD uses workbooks and client
discovery sessions to formulate an implementation plan for each client. This phase
of the implementation establishes the baseline of the current and planned environments,
identifies and defines any gaps, assesses risks and develops an action plan. The
discovery session’s primary focus is on maintaining data integrity in contrast
to the client’s business practices. Deliverables include:
- Implementation Notebook
- Implementation Workbook
- Customer
Discovery Workbook
- Conversion Workbook
Client
Discovery Session (CDS): (1-2 days on-site). These sessions establish a baseline
of the current environment and planned environment, define gaps, assess risk factors,
and develop an action plan for implementation. This includes a review of business
practices, management of data, and a detailed inquiry of all existing systems
in place for data and records management. Conversion (Records Information):
This CDs includes a review of manual or electronic tracking practices, and the
records information available. While no formal conversion services may be required,
each implementation takes corporate information and uses the information to configure
the software application. Phase II
Throughout
Phase II, TRIADD provides reports and a schedule that manages the implementation
of Gain RM. This allows for adequate controls to be placed for proper management
of the project. Deliverables include: - Client
Discovery Report
- Implementation Plan
- Project Schedule
- Reports
are delivered no later than 2 weeks after the completion of the on-site sessions
Phase
III The final phase consumes the majority of time necessary
to successfully implement the project. TRIADD’s implementation project manager
facilitates and coordinates the installation, system configuration, development
of a pilot program, table setup, training configuration and the 'Go Live' process.
These steps include extensive working telephone conferences confirming record
detail, written procedures, planning for the future business practices and aligning
the software product modules to support production implementation.
Deliverables include: - Management
- Telephone Conferences
- Closing
