• Unix for Oracle Database Server
• Extended memory based on requirements set by provider of selected database. 

* Please note that while it is possible for the application and database to co-exist on the same web server, TRIADD Software discourages this practice and recommends a separate web server for the GAIN application and a dedicated database server for the database.

Server Hard Disk Requirements: 

• 75 MB for Gain RM Program
• 3Kb per box, folder or document (minimum) 
• Hard disk space also needed for the enterprise database 

Workstation Hardware Requirements (minimum): 

• 266 MHz Pentium Processor 
• At least 64 MB of RAM
• 800 x 600 Resolution Display  
• Serial port required for bar code scanner

Report Server Requirements: 

• Crystal Decisions Web engine, release 8.5 or 9, is required for report delivery 
• Crystal Decisions is required for modification of existing reports or adding new reports 

Page Printers Supported: 

• Any HP compatible laser printer 
• Any printer with a Windows driver 
• Gain RM requires a printer for its standard reports. A laser printer can be used for bar code printing. Dot matrix, ink jet and bubble jet printers are not recommended for bar code printing. 

Bar Code Printers Supported: 

• Any thermal printer with a Windows driver 
• Any laser printer with a Windows driver 

Bar Code Scanners Supported: 

• Symbol PDT 3100 
• Symbol PDT 6100 
• Symbol MC 3000 
• Many brands of wedge scanners. Individual certification required.
