The establishment of TRIADD Software, and its products began with a predecessor company, Filespace Corporation, a full-service commercial records center established in 1986 to serve the Greater Seattle area. Many of the principles and concepts incorporated into the GAIN products were tried and tested in the records center environment of Filespace Corporation.

TRIADD Software Corporation was established in 1989 as a separate entity to provide state-of-the-art records management software to organizations of all types. From the beginning, our goal has been to be a company of excellence.
